FREEZE ALARM SERVICE PLAN

Services currently available for:
Condominium and Homeowner Association communities of Lake Tahoe, Squaw Valley and Truckee, California

  • WE PROVIDE PEACE OF MIND FOR SECOND HOMEOWNERS.
    In the event of a heat loss, low battery alarm or disconnect alarm, our staff notifies your property management company so they may respond.
    • Installation and Temperature Alarm Programming $85.00
      • Our initial installation fee includes programming the alarm, coordination of the freeze alarm installation with your property management company and recording the location of your alarm.
      • The yearly service every fall, prior to November 1st, includes replacing the 9 volt backup battery and checking the alarm for proper programming. This yearly service is included in the annual service.
