In the event of a heat loss, low battery alarm or disconnect alarm, our staff calls your licensed and insured heating contractor. We access them to your home, log the call and service response, then call you with the results.
- Installation and Temperature Alarm Programming $85.00
  - Our initial installation fee includes meeting you at your home to decide the location of the installation and the location of your key (either our office or an on-site lockbox). We also record the location of your furnace alarm and in-house water shut-off. Then we install your alarm and answer any questions you may have. Our office staff is available to answer any further inquiries at (530) 583-2786, Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm PST.
